Alcohol content of 16% vol., sugar content 130 g/l. Fortified wine produced in the Marsala area from Zibibbo or Moscatellone vines. Harvesting period: end of August/September. Initial fermentation in steel silos at controlled temperature. Fermentation is stopped by adding wine spirit. At least two months of maturation in bottle.
An excellent dessert wine, it pairs well with dry pastries. It is recommended to enjoy it at a temperature of 10/12°C as an aperitif and at 16/18 °C as a dessert.
