Alcohol content of 16% vol., sugar content 120 g/l. A fortified wine produced in the Marsala area from Malvasia vines. Harvesting period: end of August/September. Initial fermentation in steel silos at controlled temperature. Fermentation is stopped by adding wine spirit. At least two months of maturation in bottle.
Ideal with confectionery.
Serve at 10/12°C as an aperitif, at 16/18°C as a dessert.
